Say what? Monkey offering fruit? I’ve never done that asana or is it a motion? I don’t know, but I liked the way it felt.

Hi there -- glad you liked the movement. The name came from a martial arts discipline -- not sure which -- I've got a student that's studied martial arts for his whole life and I'd see him doing these kinds of things before class. I got together with him a few times and have incorporated some of those movements into my flow. This movement is also similar to one used in the Vinyasa Krama method -- there's a shoulder-opening sequence near the beginning of a typical VK practice that's like this. Keep it playful and all the best! Guy
