Well, the video froze at 53 seconds and, despite several attempts to come back and restart, it remained frozen.
This is a beautiful, gentle flow for waking up fresh out of bed. My muscles were still stiff from sleep as I watched the sun rise to Melissa's soothing guidance. There is still plenty of opportunity to build some heat in the body in this practice, depending on how deeply you take the poses. I always love Melissa's calm, supportive presence in her classes. Thank you!

I so appreciate having an instructor who is friendly but calm without making the practice so SERIOUS. I just want to enjoy a bit of yoga, a bit of time with myself and my body without feeling it's life and death. Or on the contrary, that it's bouncy and solely about getting a fit body. So thank you so much! And particularly thank you for the modifications that enabled me to actually do the practice -- I spent a lot of time in child's pose. I will definitely be looking for more from this teacher.
This was perfect for what I needed. I suffer from chronic pain so I need GENTLE poses. This sequence was soft and gentle and the instructor was so calming and pleasant that even the most challenging poses seemed less daunting. Her sense of humor was nice too--you don't see that in a lot of videos and I liked that I felt that I was working with a real person. The downward dog was tough but I appreciated the option to go into child's pose. I did that twice toward the end and it helped since my wrists aren't quite ready for all that! I loved the ending--that was exactly what I needed before getting back to my work. Thank you!

I needed this so much thank you I've been doing lots of yard work and when I'm sore and stiff I tend to scrip my yoga but this class is the perfect transition class!

I was feeling so unmotivated and tired today, and pretty much had to force myself to do a video. I was so happy I did. It was a perfect balance of relaxtion and exertion. My muscles feel they have been worked and I am energised, yet I feel very serene. Thank you :-)
This was exactly what I was looking for. I've never really given yoga a chance, but now I'm finding myself looking for a gentle way to get active as a part of my mental health regime and this sold me on it!
This is such a great class. I particularly enjoyed the slow, flowing warm up. You are a wonderfully peaceful teacher, and I never feel left behind or lost on your direction. And thank you for reminding me to breath.

This was my very first class, and i really appreciated the time and space between each movement. i really loved that you gave us time to breath and find our center and ourselves at the beginning and the end. i loved this class and my goal is to start every morning like this as i feel so refreshed and uplifted. thank you again for your welcoming voice and class.
I really liked the warm up 1/2 sun salutations! and appreciated the pelvic floor engagement reminders throughout. Nice time in the poses allowed me to get deeper.

Dear Melissa - love your work, especially that you take the time to allow full breathing and I like reminders about the pelvic floor. The pace is very calming. One small thing by way of feedback and of course this may be just me; I am distracted when you give an instruction followed by "please". I start waiting for the next "please". I don't need my teacher to plead! I appreciate that you allow plenty of time for relaxation at the end. Your work is soothing to the nervous system. Thank you.
