All we can do is meet the moment. This intermediate practice with Fiji teaches us to be on our toes, literally sometimes. We move into discomfort, explore the edges with curiosity never knowing exactly where we will end up.

This class is Day 2 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Equipment: None
Style: Vinyasa/Power Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety/Stress

This was beautiful, fun, creative, and relaxing. I combined it with Day 3 because I craved a longer practice. It made me feel sooo light! If I fall asleep right now, I'll probably float off my mattress. Thank you Fiji!

Thank you for this practice in such a calming setting. Where was this filmed? I hope I didn’t miss the credits for the location.

Thank you so much to Fiji and everybody at DYWM, this course is exactly what I (and so many others everywhere in the world) need right now, and I can't think of a more perfect teacher. Fiji, I first found your classes 9 years ago at another very tumultuous period of my life and they helped me so much to stay grounded and sane. I became hooked on vinyasa thanks to you and do classes on this site pretty much every single day, I have so much gratitude to everybody involved! This is a wonderful class and I am really looking forward to the rest of the course. Namaste from Portugal!

Thank you for your kind praises Lucy! I knew that yoga was the way in which I could add to the light during this tumultuous time, it's doing what we can in the moment, exactly where we stand. I am happy to hear that your love of yoga was sparked and is a continued source of nourishment!

Love the whole concept, Fiji, and this practice was surprisingly and refreshingly challenging in it's own way - thank you!
