Flow into the Unknown
All we can do is meet the moment. This intermediate practice with Fiji teaches us to be on our toes, literally sometimes. We move into discomfort, explore the edges with curiosity never knowing exactly where we will end up.
This class is Day 2 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Wonderful class. Short but felt very complete. Loved the different sequencing and the Shiva squat, one of my favorites but unfortunately that does not show up in many classes. I will come back to this one again and again. Thanks as always Fiji.
I LOVED this class! Short, a bit challenging, fun. Thanks, Fiji.
Dear Fiji, the DYWM has been my daily wake-up companion since late March quarentine, and this new program Calm in the Chaos is what I was just needing to face this winter upcoming challenges. Thank you for your encouraging words and practice, and for reminding us that a practice of inner focus, trust and calm is the best tool we have now, and ever! Namaste
This class is very enjoyable although it's a step up my current abilities. I have a question about the "levitating" exercise, when we lift ourselves from staff pose. Is it OK to try that on my fists? On my palms, I barely have the feeling that my seat isn't putting weight on the floor, but I have the impression that my core is a lot stronger than my hands and wrists.
