Flow to Slow with Fiji McAlpine and Satiya Channer
This holistic practice is the best of both worlds, yang and yin. Fiji starts the class off with a warming intentional flow, then Satiya slows things down with some longer sweet holds. No props needed for this special class!

Wow, 2 classes for the price of 1! More DYWM Teacher collab classes, please. This was AWESOME.
This was a fantastic class! For some reason I tend to not choose Yin practices, but that is a mistake because I loved the second part of this one. I especially loved that it followed a more rigorous flow. The two teacher practice is a really nice idea, getting the best of both worlds. I do agree with another commenter that the resting pose was a little too short for my liking, but otherwise this was a lovely practice, thank you.
I loved the concept and the transition was lovely both from Fiji to Satiya and yan to yin. This was a nice class for all levels.
My one "complaint" was the corpse/savasana seemed short for a 45 - 5 0 minute practice. I loved the two teacher idea.
Thank you for this lovely and different practice.
What an incredibly amazing experience! I love both of your classes and thank you both for allowing us to practice with you.
