This holistic practice is the best of both worlds, yang and yin. Fiji starts the class off with a warming intentional flow, then Satiya slows things down with some longer sweet holds. No props needed for this special class!

I really like this class. A good flow to get the heart rate up a bit and a lovely yin to follow. I’ll come back to this one!

Lovely class, the teachers work well together. I agree a longer savasana would have been nice.
It is good to see how each teacher looks slightly different in the same postures, which in turn helps me to stop striving to achieve a 'perfect' shape with my body, we are all different shapes.

Wonderful collab class! The style and energy that Fiji and Satiya each bring went so well together. Thoroughly enjoyed this. My only wish would have been for a longer savasana, and a longer version of a practice like this would also be fantastic!
