This holistic practice is the best of both worlds, yang and yin. Fiji starts the class off with a warming intentional flow, then Satiya slows things down with some longer sweet holds. No props needed for this special class!

Equipment: None
Style: Vinyasa/Power Yoga, Yin and Yin/Yang Yoga

I really liked this class: typically I have trouble with Yin classes as I get impatient and bored. Wit hthis dual class, doing the active yoga first used up energy and I was then able to relax into the second half which was great !

Thank you for a beautiful practice. I chose this one today as i love Fiji, but Satiya has a lovely presence too and I loved her practice. Please can we have more from Satiya?
Many thanks to both gorgeous teachers today.

Wow, 2 classes for the price of 1! More DYWM Teacher collab classes, please. This was AWESOME.

This was a fantastic class! For some reason I tend to not choose Yin practices, but that is a mistake because I loved the second part of this one. I especially loved that it followed a more rigorous flow. The two teacher practice is a really nice idea, getting the best of both worlds. I do agree with another commenter that the resting pose was a little too short for my liking, but otherwise this was a lovely practice, thank you.

I loved the concept and the transition was lovely both from Fiji to Satiya and yan to yin. This was a nice class for all levels.
My one "complaint" was the corpse/savasana seemed short for a 45 - 5 0 minute practice. I loved the two teacher idea.
Thank you for this lovely and different practice.
