In this slow flow practice, Guy draws on the various techniques introduced in his other slow flow classes to offer a slightly more challenging full-spectrum, full-body practice. A practice I will repeat. Think I will discover something new each time. The guidance on changing hand positions brought new awareness of shoulder position in several poses.
