Get ready to bring out your fierce and focused self in this fun hatha yoga class with Guy as he guides you through a flowing sequence of powerful poses, including warriors, archers, and wild boars!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 7 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.
