I don't really consider myself a beginner anymore, but now I know I've needed this class for a loooong time. I found lots of corrections in my form (and in the muscle groups I've been making relentless demands of). Rachel is utterly delightful, and this session really was a joy. I'm so glad to have come across this, thank you!

What a great class! I feel like I really learned a lot. I also loved the sequence of this video, I was wondering if anyone knew of classes on here with similar sequence to encorporate all I've learned!!?
