I also do intermediate classes, but wanted to try a class with Rachel. I'm so glad I did. This really helped me be more thoughtful about poses that otherwise I take for granted. I really appreciate the concentrated attention to specific muscles. And, thanks for the reminder to move a little left or right to get that "juicy" hip opening at the end; I needed that. I really like Rachel Scott's classes, and am very grateful that she is sharing her talents here on DoYogaWithMe. I really enjoyed doing this class today, and found it to be a good workout because of all the "Downward Dog" poses. A great practice and I feel well stretched and energized after the class. I also like how she allows us to cool down at the end with the poses on our front and back lying on the mat. Namaste!!
This was my first workout from the website and it was just what I was looking for. I have dabbled in yoga off and on for several years, and just started practicing it regularly just over a month ago. I'm not yet ready for intermediate classes, but I needed a workout that would challenge my strength and balance a little more. This workout really helped me to further refine the poses I have been practicing as well as introduce a few new ones to start working on.
This was my first class and it was awesome. Clear instructions, calm pace and thoroughly enjoyable, thank you!
