Oh wow, I decided to do this challenge as I'm just coming back to yoga after 3 months off with a broken collarbone (took a tumble while out running) and shoulder injury. I had no idea this class would focus on these exact areas, as very few classes even mention the collarbones. It was really good to be paying extra attention to this area as a few weeks ago I injured my shoulder while attempting a chaturanga before my body was ready after the injury. I have had shoulder/rotator cuff issues even before my collarbone break so it was really interesting to hear that this could be a side affect of doing a lot of chaturangas. I do vinyasa almost daily so maybe I should be careful with that area. I have to adapt this class a little (no arm balances for me yet!) but I really enjoyed being able to pretty much do a full class again. Thank you so much Fiji!

This class is perfect for you! A great way to start back into your practice with attention to an area where you need to move in a mindful way now!

This cues in this were so amazing. I am being pulled to do this class again before I move on to the next. As a yogi with experience and returning to asana after a hiatus from asana practice this was perfect. Gratitude.
