I like David's classes. He knows how the body will react and guides accordingly. It's like having him in the room. Best of all is his voice ... soothing and calming, very appropriate for a yoga class. Thank you
I am a big fan of The Ultimate Shoulder Sequence so I am glad you did another one under an hour! Your teaching seems a little different in this one...a little softer? More feminine? I don't know for sure but very curious to try it tomorrow morning.
