This gentle, slow, hatha yoga class guides you into a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around the shoulders and neck. It moves gradually toward deeper stretches, allowing the body to warm up and prepare for a deeper release of the tighter muscles in your body. Your neck and shoulders will feel wonderful after you're done.

Working through neck pain from long ago whiplash, and neck and shoulder stiffness from stress. This is my first time doing this video, and I feel great. Thank you so much.

Excellent video for stress in the shoulders and neck! My daughter and I are doing the 30 day challenge together and it's really helping her release stress built up from work, volunteering and studying for the ACT.

Loved it ! As i have a short torso , i found this practice immensely helpful to add length to my upper body and release. Post the stretch it does feel my my upper body experienced a deep tissue massage !
