This gentle, slow, hatha yoga class guides you into a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around the shoulders and neck. It moves gradually toward deeper stretches, allowing the body to warm up and prepare for a deeper release of the tighter muscles in your body. Your neck and shoulders will feel wonderful after you're done.

I did this class the morning before returning to work after a week-long road trip. I hadn't noticed the effects immediately, but when I had gotten into my car to drive to work after completing it, I could feel a lightness in my posture and a softness present in my neck and shoulders, which absolutely informed my mood and outlook. This continued throughout my day, and I found it easier to hold myself in healthier postures. Relief is a beautiful experience to repeatedly discovery in oneself. Thank you for this video.
