I've just discovered your website a few days ago, and have done this and 2 other videos. I've subscribed because these are so good. The video for sciatic pain was much different than other yoga videos I've done. Different poses and a much deeper stretch.

Holy Moses, I didn't realize how much I needed this shoulder, arm and neck work. I feel super-fluid now in my upper extremities. A new favorite. This is a neat benefit to the 30-day challenge because I may have never chosen this video if not following the plan.
