Restorative might mean working out the kinks in knees or back or neck (and I needed all that too)but I feel restored in my soul. I've had much sadness and this was soothing, reassuring, and encouraging. I've been examining the root meaning of comfort as to strengthen and or support. This leaves me feeling comforted and ready for a new day.

I just wanted to point out that Melissa presents this class as an intermediate one but it's listed as one for beginners :)
