It's good to back off a bit. I am usually working at an intermediate level. But have been having continuing lower back issues. This was perfect. I really appreciate the reminders to stop if your "back gets cranky". I will keep much of this class in mind as I do yoga, at whatever level, in the future. Thank you Melissa.
Thank you so much Melissa, your video has helped me so much! I have fractured my back 3 times and need to get my core strong. Each time I do this video my back feels so much better! It's very safe and you explain the poses so well and when to breath!
