Just had back surgery, not ready for intermediate yet so when she said it was intermediate I almost didn't do this routine. I read some of the other comments and decided I'd go for it, so glad I did! It's a great beginner workout and really good for balance practice again.

This was a wonderful just right video for a "returning" beginner. I really enjoyed it.
I did hesitate to start it because you have it listed as a beginner class and Melissa introduces it as
an intermediate class. I was very glad I continued with it
