I am brand new to yoga (about 2 months). I was an athlete as a child and teen, but I have found myself severely obese after college, grad school, two complicated pregnancies, joint surgeries. I am so blessed to have found this site! I take in studio classes 3 times a week now and this work out is very close to what my personal instructor does with me. I feel Confident practicing with this video. So far I have enjoyed my journey to health through yoga, and I look forward to moving easier and getting stronger with routines just like this one.

These comments are wonderful - so much gratitude everyone for your feedback, particularly since I have not taught a regular class in over 2 years. David and are definitely going to do another class, perhaps a second Yin. Look for it this spring or summer. Should we do another Hatha, wish lists are welcomed :)
