What a wonderful relaxing class. It made me realize where all my tight points are. I'll be doing this one again and again.
This class didn't feel like an hour at all, probably because it was so calming and yet so much fun. You're a great teacher, Anastasia. I felt really comfortable in this practice, not too strenuous but not too easy either. Also, I never realized how tight my hamstrings are :o I loved the focus on breathing and the constant reminders to breath (sometimes I forget hehe) which is really important. Thanks again, amazing work!!
