This was great. Highly recommend. Workout is challenging, but eases into it with a good stretch/warm up intro (which I really like) and ends with a brief stretch soon after the challenging poses are completed.
i enjoyed the burn and stretch and especially the flow of asana's.
although i was not able to do it all, i ll come back! :)
Normally in the studio I opt for the Sweaty Yoga sessions because I feel like it gives me a more intense workout. This 25 minute in-home session just rivaled my normal hour session in the studio! Awesome!
I really enjoyed this class. Worked up a sweat and felt muscles tingling for a long time afterwards.
