For someone like me, just starting out and with essentially NO upper arm strength, this was an INTENSE workout - which is exactly what I wanted! I loved it! Kim is really awesome, it felt like a personal 1 on 1 class. Don't go into this expecting a serene, relaxing yoga experience. This will make you feel the burn in the best way. :)
I found this to be more of a wrist killer than a booty workout. Now I'm nervous about the arm option!
