She slows the pace a bit, compared to other classes, and helps you prepare for bedtime with an intermediate flow, followed by a series of restorative poses that lead you seamlessly into savasana.

Perfect for bedtime, just the right mix of challenge, balance and relaxation. A few moves felt soooo good I had to extend this practice!
