I haven't done much vinyasa yoga for a while, and this reminded my why I love it so much! It did feel a bit rushed, as others have said. I found that I didn't feel ready to move on from each pose by the time she had introduced the next.
Edit: after doing this practice several times, I finally lifted into wheel pose for the first time in six months! I haven't felt safe in the pose for a long time (and even in easier backbends, I have never felt strong - just vulnerable), and Fiji's focus on core alongside the backbending helped me realize what backbending is supposed to feel like. After that realization, I was able to build from a stronger foundation. I've temporarily sacrificed flexibility in this practice, but it feels so much better.

Perfect way to start the day, specially if you'll be seated all day like me. Woke up my back and this practice allowed me to do the best bridge I've ever did.
It was challenging, but really good. Good for building strength, but a little too fast for me.
