It has unfortunately been a few Amy's since my last practice due to the busy life schedule we keep. I woke up early and found this wonderful back bending flow that completely changed my mood and my body energy. This is exactly what I have been craving for days of sitting in a chair, sitting in a car, sitting in a chair again. In have class tonight and will be more than ready to open myself to the world i have so dearly missed. There is no such thing as no time for yoga....I must remember that always. Please enjoy this flow.....
