This was my first 'doyogawithme' class and it was great - yes - fast paced at times but well instructed. You want to feel like you've had a good strong practice even after only 40 minutes and I do! So thank you :) Am looking forward to more....

That was amazing, but as someone who has just started practicing again, I had a hard time keeping up. I had to pause it at one point. Sometimes I feel like the plank to upward to downward dog goes far too fast. Maybe I don't breathe strongly enough to quicken the breath? Not sure. Will definitely try it again!

This class was a great mix of back bending flows which really helped me loosen up this morning, and the duration was perfect! As some others said, I found myself moving slightly slower during some flows than the video, but once you know the order its easy to just go to the pace of your own breath. The message of intent at the end was nice as well :) thanks!!
