Wonderful class. I enjoyed the unique variations that Tracey added to a lot of the poses, especially tree in side plank.

I used to think Tracey's classes were beyond my reach. This resilience challenge has "forced" me to take many of her classes. It was a surprise to me that I have been able to participate in the whole class each time, though of course I have to take many of the modifications she offers or decline to move to the more difficult versions offered. I must have taken a really hard class to have formed that impression. This class, in particular, had great twists. All of Tracey's classes I've taken during this challenge have had great instruction and encouragement. Thanks!
