Great class, I always love when we get to do the forward fold pose where you stand on your wrists! I have wrist problems due to being a musician, so it's always nice to get a good stretch there

Tracey has such a way of making challenging poses fun and obtainable. This class was the perfect length, very grounding and my spine feels so much more open. Thank you for this wonderful class and challenge.
