Wow! This class blew me away. Such wonderful, all-over opening. That heart opener of feeling the energy on the front and back of your heart, that gave me an image I think I will come back to regularly. My favorite of Tracey's classes.

This was a great practice. still have some moves that I am not flexible enough to do, but at this point in the challenge, I am much much stronger and can do the moves with less difficulty.
