In this power yoga class, Tracey challenges your viewpoint with an eyes-open practice based on free flowing movement around your mat. It gives a lot of attention to shoulders, heart openers, hips and forward folds. Offer yourself the gift of seeing something differently today!

This is not the first time I’ve done this class, but I always find something new that I love. This time, being close to the end of the challenge, I felt much more focused and able to concentrate. Will do it many more times.

Fun transitions in this practice - it forced me to still be present and aware even during sequences that I've done many times.

I loved this class. I had a smile on my face the whole time. Tracey's instruction always reminded me to keep my focus and perspective on the practice, which was challenging and fun. After nearly a month of doing yoga each day, I was really pleased to feel a big difference in my access to certain poses. Thank you!
