This is not the first time I’ve done this class, but I always find something new that I love. This time, being close to the end of the challenge, I felt much more focused and able to concentrate. Will do it many more times.

Fun transitions in this practice - it forced me to still be present and aware even during sequences that I've done many times.

I loved this class. I had a smile on my face the whole time. Tracey's instruction always reminded me to keep my focus and perspective on the practice, which was challenging and fun. After nearly a month of doing yoga each day, I was really pleased to feel a big difference in my access to certain poses. Thank you!

I liked this class a lot. Just the right amount of challenging for me. Lots of great hip and shoulder work

Slow, gentle, steady...simple fluid flow, opening and stretching with a touch of strength.

Instructions weren’t always as clear to me as other classes in this challenge.
