This is truly wonderful. I felt so many spaces in my body opening during this practice in deep ways that felt new and fresh, especially in the heart and throat chakras. Tracey's classes are so beautiful always, and I appreciated that this practice felt very timely with all the things going on in the world right now. Very therapeutic after being cooped up inside for over a week with all the smoke pollution in the Pacific Northwest, as Tracey spoke to at the beginning. Thank you DYWM for these awesome livestream practices! Even if I don't catch them in real time, they are still a treat. Namaste.

I just did this practice outside as night fell in North Florida. I already feel more connected to my intuition, just from having chosen this practice without reading the description and the pacing of completing it right as it got too dark to see. (It's also my first outside practice of the season.) I've been struggling with the strange, fast way time has been passing the last 6 months, but this practice on the eve of the equinox feels like a tool to recalibrate. I'm feeling grounded, aligned, and connected. Thank you Tracey!

The past 6 months have been a little bit of a time warp for many and I personally am grateful that yoga helps keep us all grounded when we roll out our mat.
