Wonderful 15 minutes of stretching and just taking time to reconnect with yourself after a hectic day. Just the right mix of pacing and pausing. Loved it! It is so nice to have little breaks like this to look forward to. Thank you so much!

I know it says After Work but I find this class great after morning pilates as well and even by itself in the morning as a way to wake up and face the day.
