A Strong Foundation
In this power yoga class with Tracey, strong roots and deep integration are explored through repetition and flow. With a focus on hands, feet and core, this practice offers familiarity and steadiness in all postures.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

3/2/21. That felt really good - slow, methodical, meditative pace. My very tight hamstrings could have used a little more stretching, but the rest of me enjoyed the opening, and it felt good to visit some foundational poses in a deep way. Thank you!
Due to injury mainly on one side of my body, I have been very much out of alignment. Coming back to the foundation has helped me realign and find ease. Thank you for another great class, Tracey.
