In this power yoga class with Tracey, strong roots and deep integration are explored through repetition and flow. With a focus on hands, feet and core, this practice offers familiarity and steadiness in all postures.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

This was perfect for me today--dealing with asthma/cough as well as big toe fusion. I was able to adjust a few things and was able to take a few deeper breaths. Thank you, Tracey. I needed the slowness today.
