In this power yoga class with Tracey, strong roots and deep integration are explored through repetition and flow. With a focus on hands, feet and core, this practice offers familiarity and steadiness in all postures.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I never knew how much I was cheating in boat pose before! Such good instruction on how to isolate the abs, and not use the hip flexors. Namaste mucho!
