In this power yoga class with Tracey, strong roots and deep integration are explored through repetition and flow. With a focus on hands, feet and core, this practice offers familiarity and steadiness in all postures.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I love Tracey's practices so I was happy to see this! As always, wonderful. It was a bit playful and a great way to work on your foundation if you are newer to yoga and to revisit your foundation if you are a more experienced yogi / yogini.
Great class and different. Enjoyed all of the opening poses. Good overall workout with stretching.
