Excellent.
First practice in way too long and so invigorating and refreshing. Appreciate the time spent in and between poses to be mindful of positioning and breath. Namaste, Fiji.
I enjoy doing a beginner class after not practicing for a few weeks, it's great to focus on the nuances of the poses, thank you so much, (love the Wonderbread analogy ;-D)
