Getting back into yoga and am probably more of an advanced beginner vs an intermediate, I found some of the poses quite challenging but was still able to enjoy the class.

Each transition was pleasantly surprising. Fiji never took the next pose where I would have expected. It stimulated my mind and my body. The class felt both relaxing and challenging. Fiji's message, as always, managed to be exactly what I needed to hear. I'm 9 days straight into my practice and hoping to keep it up. Thanks, Fiji!!

Just getting back into our daily yoga practice after a one month break, due to holidays, etc. Nice to get back into our practice routine.
We are looking forward to this challenge.
Today several of the poses were challenging. We are working our way up to the next level.
