Yoga to Build Resilience - Shorter Class

Intermediate II

This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

This was my first class postpartum and it was absolutely perfect. Life with the new babe has been beautiful but challenging, it was so necessary for me to come back to my mat and remind myself to take care of myself and to gain strength in my ability to be resilient.
This felt incredible.

Also LOVED the great transitions between asanas, Fiji! Fantastic practice as always. Thank you!

Nice class for a rainy Saturday afternoon when I wanted something short and different. I liked the flow of this class and that it wasn’t too challenging. Fiji’s explanations were good, and I seldom had to look at the screen.

I loved how Fiji used common poses but transitioned from them in uncommon ways, allowing my body to stretch more deeply. Excellent pacing as well.

Wow! Fiji creates poses which flow from one to another like no instructor I have ever had. Couple that with her amazing succinct instructions and this class, like all her others I have tried, was fabulous. Thank you Fiji!

I have been sick over the holidays and stopped my daily practice for almost a month now. This was a wonderful class to get me back on the mat. Waking up my body without making it too exhausting or strenuous. Great way to get back in the swing of things!

Getting back into yoga and am probably more of an advanced beginner vs an intermediate, I found some of the poses quite challenging but was still able to enjoy the class.

Just getting back into our daily yoga practice after a one month break, due to holidays, etc. Nice to get back into our practice routine.
We are looking forward to this challenge.
Today several of the poses were challenging. We are working our way up to the next level.

I ended up doing this video today because the one I had originally planned wasn’t working; I am so glad it worked out that way! I feel calm, invigorated and confident as I head into my day. There is a lot of stretching in this one, and balance, which I love!
