I love David's pranayama meditations. Whenever I do pranayama based meditation, I always have the thought 'oh this is easy' it isn't like doing my regular Vinyasa, but I am continually amazed at the effect pranayama meditation has on my body. If you do Vinyasa do not count pranayama out of a well balanced practice because it can be as impactful if not more so in many ways. Thanks David.

Another wonderful class, thanks so much. In the comment below Johannasjo says something about a program for anxiety and depression and after doing one of your other classes I found a link to another video where you talk about the program. However, I couldn't find it anywhere. Will it be available on this site?
