Yoga for Anxiety
Anxiety can be a difficult emotion to let go of. It requires a lot of self-reflection, opening up to vulnerability, an understanding of what anxiety feels like in your body and how to move it through. David spent many years plagued with anxiety and this class brings together everything he has learned through pranayama, meditation, movement and yoga that has helped him move through it. Absolutely perfect class for me this evening!
I love David's pranayama meditations. Whenever I do pranayama based meditation, I always have the thought 'oh this is easy' it isn't like doing my regular Vinyasa, but I am continually amazed at the effect pranayama meditation has on my body. If you do Vinyasa do not count pranayama out of a well balanced practice because it can be as impactful if not more so in many ways. Thanks David.

In the comment below Johannasjo says something about a program for anxiety and depression and after doing one of your other classes I found a link to another video where you talk about the program. However, I couldn't find it anywhere. Will it be available on this site?
