I'm a beginner, but I already love Yin Yoga. I've learned through therapy the importance of mindfulness and breathing, Yin Yoga take that to a new level.
My body won't allow me to do a couple poses...pigeon? Ha ha, it will be a long time before I can move like that. But it doesn't matter, I just substitute another pose that is in my range. The class as a whole is still of great value to me. Thanks!
This was just what I needed. I love Yin Yoga for the deep work and in the last pose I could 'see' a white column of light running down from head to base. Much calmer I am and thank you for a wonderful and rejuvinating class. Namaste
The gentle warmth of these soft stretches and relaxing poses is like stepping from the cool shade of a tree into a patch of sunshine. Thank you.
I had the same issue with the other yin yoga class. I get to a certain point in the class and the it jumps to the end. The response I got was that these downloads are designed for high speed internet. Well mine is high speed, and I am still having troubles with it. I then try to advance the position of the selection arrow on the time of the class and it just jumps back to the beginning. Is there any way the glitch can be fixed? Please feel free to contact me if my description seems difficult to understand. I had a hard time trying to articulate exactly what was happening.
