Beautiful!
This is a great class - the hour flew by. It is definitely challenging and a great way to get rid of all the emotional gunk and over use of those hip and hamstring muscles. Will definitely be part of my regular rotation.
enjoyable & repeated it later the same day
Besides nearly dislocating both legs during frog pose, this was a terrific way to open up the hips and to soothe a few aches i had. Great video!
