This is exactly what I needed after intense leg and hip exercise. The music, the pacing, the specificity of each movement facilitates a flow which maximizes the opening of your hips during this practice.

Thank you so much for this class. It's physical therapy, I'd say! It's the hardest yoga class I have ever done. Challenging, yes, and uncomfortable, but the hardest part is waiting through the 3 minutes. :-) This is the second time I've done it, and it didn't seem like an hour this time. Last time it seemed like an hour and a half! I didn't feel great right away, but I slept without sciatic or S-I joint pain, and have had marked improvement in a very necessary bodily function, to put it delicately. I really enjoy all the classes on DoYogaWithMe. I can't say this one is the most fun, but I will be doing it regularly!
