If you don't have a lot of time and still want to do a nice, slow yin yoga class, Anastasia has the perfect answer for you. Her sweet, gentle approach helps you through the discomfort of a series of poses for the shoulders, hips, legs and back, that she holds for 4 to 5 minutes each.

Equipment: Block
Style: Gentle Yoga, Yin and Yin/Yang Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Runners

This is one of my favorite classes on this site, it represents not just the physical part of yoga but also the emotional and spiritual.

Bless you and thank you, Anastasia. Tears of joy with this one. The kosas and mettas added a new level of beauty and meaning for me - easily and well received with Anastasia's gentle guidance. This practice has the just the right amount of intensity and softness, with space for mods as needed. I'm bookmarking this one and will repeat :)

I enjoyed this class a lot. For me yin yoga is a great way to combine physical practice, breath and meditation. I loved your reminders to stay present and pay attention to the breath. Thank you Anastasia !
