Yin Yoga for Busy People
If you don't have a lot of time and still want to do a nice, slow yin yoga class, Anastasia has the perfect answer for you. Her sweet, gentle approach helps you through the discomfort of a series of poses for the shoulders, hips, legs and back, that she holds for 4 to 5 minutes each.

I loved this class, Anastasia. What music is that? It's beautiful!
Thank you for a great class. I recently injured my low back, probably have some disc involvement. this class helped me through some of the pain as I held the poses. I look forward to doing this class more often.
Yin is hard as it is sort of non-doing and holds. We want to move all the time (except when watching TV I guess).
So, I had started few Yin classes and never finished them.
But this one was different. It was of good length. Anastasia was out of the world. Her guidance was really nice. Learnt about five kosas and metas. These small reminders about being present, metas and breath were really helpful.
Thank you, Anastasia.
Wow I feel amazing this is a healing class, great after a long day! Peanut this one is for you!!!!
Thanks you so much
Peace
