First time doing one of Sarada’s classes and I enjoyed it. I appreciate the way each pose was framed with accessibility and options for all levels. My hips were tight today so it was a challenge to hold mulasana/squat for as long as we did in the class but I took breaks. The explanation of our relationship to the sun was helpful for focus and peace of mind. Cool to know that laying in a prone position can help calm you when stressed. Thanks Sarada!
