Thanks again, Tracey! I have been doing your intermediate workouts for about two years now (in combination with some of Crista's, Fiji's, and David's) and I realized I have never thanked you for significantly improving my quality of life you could say - both physically and emotionally! To any new members, this class is perfect for when you don't have the time, but need to do something to function as a human being. It flies by, one of my go to's when I am a bit tired or less motivated and just need to get in the zone. and leaves you feeling energized and relieved of tension you may not have even known you were holding in your spine. Relieves shoulder, neck, jaw, upper and lower back pain, in addition to sinus pressure relief. Inverted your sinuses for just some of 18 minutes can do more than any decongestant or painkiller.
