Obviously an experienced yoga practitioner, however the rapid fire instructions AS she was doing the poses instead of BEFORE doing the pose was stressful for me as I didn't know what she was going to do and I couldn't quite keep up. Othewise the short sweet class would have been great.

Thanks really enjoyed the sequence! Could have just been a bit slower as I was moving my vertebra individually to go through each position so needed a bit more time. I paused it second time in some sections.

My back was sore this morning so I did this before work, and it is a short but effective class. I love that you keep the little bloopers in your videos , it makes me feel like you are right in my living room with me and keeps you very real. I am ready to take on the day.

I really enjoyed this class and my back feels much more open! I have a lot of issues with my spine, especially when waking up! The only thing I didn't like was the music. We went from non soothing African drums to Classical Piano... it just wasn't calming.
