This is a very nice mini-class, for very busy days, where you still need a little bit of yoga. Short and light enough, to do before work in the morning. Thank you, Fiji!
PS: I would have enjoyed a tiny bit more time in downward-facing dog in the beginning, to get rid of morning-stiffness. But you can always press pause ;-)

What a wonderful way to end my day...holding a chair to the floor can be so detrimental to our bodies...this was a wonderful way to feel alive again and to wake up my cramped and stiff muscles. Yay! A great little sweat-inducing, revitalizing workout to energize me through my evening and into a restful sleep. =)
